At Rascally Business we prioritise the excellence of our product. We provide our customers with a 6-month limited warranty, ensuring either a refund or replacement guarantee. 
 
The limited warranty excludes coverage for abuse or accidental damage, damage occurring during transit to or from the purchaser, or any attempted repairs made to the product. It does not cover general wear and tear to the item.

The following is an explanation of what constitutes normal wear and tear versus damage beyond normal usage that will not be covered by warranty. 
 
Normal wear and tear typically refers to the gradual deterioration of an item that occurs over time with ordinary use. This includes minor scratches, fading, or wear on surfaces, as well as mechanical parts experiencing natural wear due to regular operation. 
 
Warranty will not cover any harm or deterioration that occurs because of misuse, neglect, or accidents. This may include significant scratches, scuff marks, dents, or cracks that affect the functionality or appearance of the item.

Changed your mind? We do have a 30-day return policy with proof of purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return  
 
To be eligible for this return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  
 
To complete your return, fill in the ‘Get in Touch’ form and attach receipt or proof of purchase and we will contact you.
Please be aware that the cost of postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us via the ‘Get in Touch’ form immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs at the checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

At Rascally Business we aim to ship out your product within 24 hrs of your purchase. Costs will depend on the quantity and weight of the products ordered.
All express orders are shipped with Australia Post Express service.
We currently do not post outside of Australia.

Delivery timeframes can vary due to postal volumes, and please understand this is out of our control. Standard shipping typically takes between 4-7 days, and express services 2-3 days.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.
